1. Each item has an item number, you need to note this number as you will be asked for it on the order request form.
   
2. Open the order form and fill in all the requested information. The textfields with an * are required fields. Only completed forms can be processed so make sure when ordering to include your address and zip/postcode and code of item of interest.
   
3. When your order request form has been received we will confirm its receipt and put the item on hold for you. In our confirmation we will inform you of the shipping costs so that you are aware of the total price. There is a 10 day holding period after we have sent you the email for you to confirm that you would definitely like to order this item. If you do not respond within this 10 day period the item will become once again become available for other interested customers.
   
4. After we receive confirmation of your order we will send you an invoice. We should receive payment within 14 working days of sending you the invoice (unless otherwise agreed to by prior agreement).
   
5. Once payment has been received we will ship the item to you according to what has been agreed.

Payment.
All prices are in Euros.
All prices are inclusive VAT unless otherwise stated.
You can pay by bank transfer or by Paypal. (Please note a surcharge of 2% will be added for using Paypal)
Our bank details will be sent on your invoice.

Order informatie.

1. Ieder product heeft een uniek productnummer, dit nummer moet u invullen op het order aanvraag formulier.
2. Open het order aanvraag formulier en vul alle gevraagde informatie in. De tekstvelden met een * zijn verplicht. Alleen compleet ingevulde formulieren kunnen verstuurd worden.
3. Zodra wij het formulier ontvangen hebben krijgt u van ons een ontvangstbevestiging en reserveren wij het product voor u. In de ontvangstbevestiging informeren wij u ook over de verzendkosten en de totaalprijs. Er geldt een reserveringsperiode van tien (10) dagen ingaand na ontvangstbevestiging. U moet binnen deze termijn reageren wanneer u wilt overgaan tot een definitieve aankoop. Na deze tien dagen wordt het product weer aangeboden aan andere geintereseerden.
4. Nadat wij uw goedkeuring hebben vernomen zenden wij u een nota (per email), graag betaling binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst, (of anders overeenkomstig beide partijen).
5. Zodra betaling heeft plaatsgevonden zenden wij u het product als overeengekomen.

Betaling.
Alle prijzen zijn in Euros.
Alle prijzen zijn inclusief Btw tenzij anders overeengekomen.
U kunt betalen per Bank / Giro of via Paypal. Als gevolg van extra kosten wegens het gebruik van PayPal wordt er 2% toeslag over het totaal bedrag berekent.
Onze bank gegevens staan vermeld op uw nota.
