HOW TO MAKE RESERVATIONS.

Reservations info.

1. Each package has a unique package name, note the name, as you will be asked for it on the order request form.
2. Decide whether you need any other accessories not included in the package and make a list of these other items.
3. Make a note of the dates that you would like reserving.
4. Transportation costs extra so think how you would like to arrange the transportation (self pick up, we drop off, post/courier)
   
5. Open the order form and fill in all the requested information. The textfields with an * are required fields.
   Only completed forms can be processed so make sure when ordering to include your address and zip/postcode and code of item of interest and dates that you wish to reserve.
   
6. When your order request form has been received we will confirm its receipt and put the items on hold for you.
   In our confirmation we will inform you of the delivery costs so that you are aware of the total price.
   There is a 10 day holding period after we have sent you the email for you to confirm that you would definitely like to rent this item.
   If you do not respond within this 10 day period the item will become once again become available for other interested customers.
   
7. After we receive confirmation of your order we will send you an invoice for the deposit of 15% of the total order. We should receive payment within 14 working days of sending you the invoice (unless otherwise agreed to by prior agreement).
   
8. Once payment has been received we will ship / deliver the item to you according to what has been agreed.

All prices are in Euros.
All prices are exclusive VAT unless otherwise stated.
All prices are exclusive transportation costs unless otherwise stated.
You can pay by bank transfer or by Paypal or cash. (Please note a surcharge of2% will be added for using Paypal)
Our bank details will be sent on your invoice.
